Candlewood Suites - Lancaster West, an IHG Hotel

Front desk staff, Robin, Brandy and Kathy were great. They are super nice, helpful and accommodating to guest's needs/requests. Manager (George) even noticed that my car windows were down and informed me when it had begun to rain, which was greatly appreciated. Having a full size refrigerator, kitchenette with a cooktop and a dishwasher, is great and allows for meal prep rather then having to rely on takeout/ fast food. the availability of complimentary laundry facilities. the housekeeping staff and their friendly help when asked for something. easy access to hwy and shopping for groceries and staples.

I liked that the location of the hotel was close enough to the highway and to local restaurants and stores. The room sizewas perfect for a long weekend getaway. Room was clean, towels were clean an soft, the amentities that came with the room/hotel were perfect. The staff was great. Check in/out was easy. The hotel outside property was clean as well. Parking lot was nicely paved and plenty of parking.

I like the convenience of the location and it's a good value. Staff was available if there was anything that you needed other than that they left you alone.
